IT & SNE POSITIONS:

· Vision/medical/dental coverage after 90 days probation.
· For infant toddler instructors we offer $23.00/hr with the WE it becomes $29.00/hr and if you have your SNE on top of your IT licence we offer $25.00/hr with the WE it becomes $31.00/hr.
· Infant and toddler instructors are also offered the chance to make overtime.
· Currently looking for someone to do an opening shift at 7am or do a closing shift that ends at 530pm

· At our centers staff enjoy a 1:2 child Ratio in the infant and toddler programs with a friendly team environment.
· We believe in inclusive care and because of this we like to staff our programs to reflect the programs needs. We look to maintain a 1 staff to 2 children ration in our infant and toddler programs as well as a 1:4 ration in our 3-5 programs.
· Paid professional development days every 3 months

· Two weeks vacation per year
· Two weeks unpaid closure during the winter holidays
· Five paid sick days a year
· Unpaid leave (additional sick days, appointments, etc.)
· Paid out on each paycheck
· Following the Nanaimo school district winter closure
· Accommodate and recognize that staff get sick beyond the paid 5 days a year.
