We are looking actively for 

ECE's for our soon to open 3rd Street location

· Benefits packages 

· Vision/medical/dental   coverage after 90 days probation.

· For ECE we offer $22.00/hr with WE it becomes $28.00/hr

· Currently looking for someone to do an opening   shift at 7am or do a closing shift that ends at 530pm

· At our centers staff enjoy a 1:2 child Ratio   in the infant and toddler programs with a friendly team environment.

· We believe in inclusive care and because of   this we like to staff our programs to reflect the programs needs. We look to   maintain a 1 staff to 2 children ration in our infant and toddler programs as   well as a 1:4 ration in our 3-5 programs.

· Paid professional development days every 3   months

· Flexibility and support for continued   professional growth

· Two weeks vacation per year

· Two weeks unpaid closure during the winter   holidays

· Five paid sick days a year

· Unpaid leave (additional sick days, appointments, etc.)

· Paid out on each paycheck

· Following the Nanaimo school district winter   closure

· Accommodate and recognize that staff get sick   beyond the paid 5 days a year.
